GKPA Payment Terms & Conditions

All regular classes are paid by monthly subscription. The total cost of classes across the year is spread evenly over 12 monthly payments, so payments will continue during holidays and breaks when classes are not running.

Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting GKPA. Your final subscription payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month. For example, if you cancel at any point in August, your final payment will be taken on 1st September.

Membership Fee: All members are required to pay a £30 annual membership fee. This can be paid when booking. If it has not been paid within three months of joining, it will automatically be added to your third monthly payment.

Joining Mid-Term: If you join part-way through a term or payment period, a one-off Cover Payment may be added to cover classes attended outside your regular subscription payments.

Failed Payments: ClassForKids will automatically retry unsuccessful subscription payments several times. If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be automatically cancelled. Re-setting up a subscription following cancellation due to failed payments will incur a £5 administration fee. Any outstanding balance will remain payable.
